WeDoSearch is founded on a friendly, respectful, and competent approach to clients, candidates, and all other stakeholders. The firm was founded in 2017 and is owned by Anders Toftkjær, who has worked with executive search and recruitment since 2006.
WeDoSearch is particularly passionate about finding the needle in a haystack and solving challenging assignments.
WeDoSearch works closely with highly experienced researchers across the UK and Scandinavia, enabling us to source candidates internationally.

Anders has worked with Executive Search and headhunting since 2006 and, over the past 20 years, has delivered search assignments across industries and management levels. He has worked with some of the leading firms in Executive Search, including Egon Zehnder, Friisberg & Partners, Flensby & Partners and Pointer Odgers Berndtson.
Over the years, Anders has developed a particular strength in finding the “needle in the haystack” – candidates who can be difficult to identify and even harder to engage in dialogue. His approach is based on thorough research, curiosity and a strong understanding of the company, the role and the market being searched.
Anders holds a cand.merc. DCM and a HA(fil.) from Copenhagen Business School. He is also an ICF-certified coach (ACC), a certified protreptic practitioner and certified in several personality assessment tools.
