WeDoSearch focuses on talent acquisition through Research and Executive Search. We have the ability to identify and approach highly talented candidates.
WeDoSearch is founded on a friendly, respectful, and competent approach to clients, candidates, and all other stakeholders. The firm was founded in 2017 and is owned by Anders Toftkjær, who has worked with executive search and recruitment since 2006. Karina Balling has joined the firm in 2023. She brings a decade of leadership experience and has amongst others managed a team of recruiters.
WeDoSearch is particularly passionate about finding the needle in a haystack and solving challenging assignments.
WeDoSearch has a close collaboration with highly experienced researchers in the UK, Sweden and Norway giving us the ability to source candidates outside of Denmark.
